Cool Summer Aperitif "Cool Summer"
Fill a whiskey tumbler half full with crushed ice. Add 3-4 mint leaves. Pour in 4 cl of Ziegler strawberry liqueur. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.

Aprikose Ziegler "hot summer"
4 cl Ziegler strawberry liqueur
2 slices of ginger
1 whole chili
2 strawberries
Champagne

Put all ingredients together with ice cubes into a white wine glass, top up with Champagne. Garnish with strawberries.


Aprikose Ziegler strawberry Sprizz
4 cl Ziegler strawberry liqueur
2 orange wedges
2 lime wedges
2 fresh strawberries
Champagne

Put all ingredients together with ice cubes into a white wine glass. Top up with Champagne. Garnish with strawberries.


Aprikose Longdrink with vineyard peach liqueur
4 cl Ziegler vineyard peach liqueur
4 slices cucumber
2 orange wedges
1 cl fresh lemon juice
ginger ale
cape gooseberry fruit

Put all ingredients together with ice into a londrink glass. Top up with ginger ale. Garnish with a cape gooseberry fruit.


Kirsche Kvlt Cherry Cocktail
4 cl Kvlt Kirsch
3 cl Nr. 1 Wildkirschlikör
1,5 cl pineapple juice
1,5 cl cherry juice
1,5 cl fresh lemon juice

Pour the ingredients with ice cubes into a mixing-glass, shake well, then strain into a chilled glass.


pflaume Kvlt Plum Cocktail
6 cl Kvlt Pflaume
2 cl Rum
4 cl Picon
1,5 cl cane sugar syrup
1,5 cl fresh lemon juice

Pour the ingredients with ice cubes into a mixing-glass, shake well, then strain into a chilled glass.


Himbeere Kvlt Raspberry Cocktail
8 cl Kvlt Himbeer
2 cl cane sugar syrup
2 cl resh lemon juice
2 cl pineapple juice

Pour the ingredients with ice cubes into a mixing-glass, shake well, then strain into a chilled glass.


Birne Kvlt Pear Cocktail
3 cl Kvlt Birne
1,5 cl fresh lemon juice
2 cl cane sugar syrup
Champagne

Pour the ingredients with ice cubes into a mixing-glass, shake well, then strain into a chilled glass. Then top up with Champagne


Aureum Aureum Cocktail
7 cl Aureum Whisky
3 cl fresh lemon juice
3 cl sugar cane syrup

Pour the ingredients with ice cubes into a mixing-glass, shake well, then strain into a chilled glass.


Aprikose Apricot Fizz
4 cl Ziegler Aprikosenbrand
3 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cl cane sugar syrup
2 cl orange juice
Mineral water

Garnish: place 1/2 slice of orange and 1 maraschino cherry in the glass.


Obst Bouquet de Parfums
4 cl Ziegler Obstbrand
2 cl Green Chartreuse

Pour the ingredients into a mixing-glass, then strain into a chilled glass.


Kirsche Cherry Flower
2 cl Ziegler Sauerkirschbrand
2 cl gin
2 cl Cherry Heering
4 cl pineapple juice
2 cl sour cherry juice

Pour everything into a cocktail shaker and strain into a chilled glass.


Schlehe La Vie en Rose
4 cl Ziegler Schlehenbrand
2 EL rose syrup

To garnish you may like to place a frozen rose petal in the glass.


Himbeere Magic
2 cl Ziegler Waldhimbeergeist
8 cl red grape juice
1 bar spoon almond syrup
Champagne

Mix the ingredients and add champagne. To garnish place a twist of lemon peel in the glass.


Mirabelle Mirabelle Cocktail
3 cl Ziegler Mirabellenbrand
3 cl Vermouth Bianco

Pour the ingredients into a mixing-glass and strain into a chilled glass.


Quitte Quince Sour
4 cl Ziegler Quittenbrand
3 cl lemon juice
1,5 cl cane sugar syrup
3 dashes of egg-white

Shake with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and strain into a chilled glass. Add a maraschino cherry to garnish.


Himbeere Tartufino
3 cl Ziegler Waldhimbeergeist chilled
3 cl Vermouth Bianco

Pour the ingredients into a mixing-glass and strain into a chilled glass.
To garnish place a thin slice of black truffle in the glass.


Birne Vivaldi
1 cl Ziegler Williamsbirnenbrand
1/2 ripe Williams pear (fresh or tinned)
1 cl cane sugar syrup

Mix the ingredients well in the mixer with crushed ice and a small amount of champagne, pour into a chilled glass and fill with champagne, stir briefly.


Birne VW
3 cl Ziegler Williamsbirnenbrand
3 cl Vermouth Bianco

Stir briefly in a glass with ice-cubes.


Aprikose Zieco
5 cl Ziegler Aprikosenbrand
1 cl Creme de Menthe

Place in a glass with ice-cubes and give a quick stir.


Walnuss Ziegler's Coffee
4 cl Ziegler Walnussgeist
2 teaspoons of brown sugar
1 cup of strong, hot coffee
Lightly beaten cream

(prepare like Irish coffee)

   
Stil
